Collection, Use, and Disclosure of Client Information

Modest Maids respects your privacy and takes great care in protecting your personal information. Modest Maids collects your information only for the purpose of being able to properly apply and perform our services. When asking for your information you are providing consent to gather and store your personal information. We store personal information on secure password protected and accees restricted servers. Active and current field employees have read-only access to customer information. Inactive or former employees have no access to our servers or your information on our servers. Only office staff have the ability to edit any customer information.

Credit card information is stored separately from personal information. Our field employees (cleaning employees) do not have access to this information. Your credit card information can only be processed through the online form or over the phone. Currently only reception has access to the credit card database, and only the owner can actually process credit card transactions through a third party called Stripe. Stripe is an online credit card processing service - similar to Paypal, that allows for credit card processing including automatic recurring payment processing.

We will not disclose your personal information for purposes other than those, for which it was intended, except with your consent or in extraneous circumstances when required by the law.
